Refund policy
1. Withdrawal & Returns Period
Customers in the Netherlands and the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, the customer must notify us within the 14-day period and return the items within 14 days after cancellation.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned items are received or proof of return is provided.
Please note that customized products, opened hygiene items, digital products, and perishable goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
In addition, if your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must:
Be unused and unworn
Be in the same condition as received
Include original tags and packaging
Be accompanied by proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. How to Request a Return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note:
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
The return address will be provided upon approval.
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us without delay so we can assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution. Where applicable, we may request photos for verification.
5. Non Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Perishable goods
Custom or personalized products
Personal care items
Hazardous materials
Flammable liquids or gases
Gift cards
Sale or discounted items

6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
7. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
